We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase of FrameForge.

We offer a money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from us.

If you purchased a FrameForge product from a reseller, you must contact that reseller for a refund. The reseller will contact us to ensure that you deactivate all working copies of FrameForge. Only then will the reseller refund your money according to their return policiies.

In order for us to accept a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The Return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, unless we have otherwise specified in writing.

  2. All copies of the program must be deactivated and uninstalled prior to the issuing of a refund.

  3. If you have purchased multiple copies through a site license or volume discount, you must return all of them or the refund will be pro-rated at our discretion unless we specify otherwise in writing.

NOTE: Upon deactivation, your serial number will no longer be valid and the program will no longer run.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, particularly on international orders.
