FrameForge was absolutely vital to my third year experimental and graduation film projects

I am a recently graduated and up-and-coming South African film director. I bought the student version of FrameForge as a way to help me with my third year experimental and graduation film projects.

The film looked at how someone copes with the end of the world, a weighty topic which my lecturers felt would be difficult to film and pull off on a budget of next to nothing.

Using FrameForge, however, I was able to put together a detailed animatic which sold the film to both my lecturers and my crew, and helped us produce a film which was highly regarded.

That FrameForge animatic was vital to the success of this project. Not only did it convince everyone the film was possible-- and I do not think the film would have gotten a green light without it--but also allowed me to explore and shape my vision of a complex issue into something I never would have achieved without the program.
